Off The Kerb are delighted to announce the signing of stand-up comedian, writer, actor, and presenter Roisin Conaty to the stable, looking after all live and unscripted work.
Award winning Roisin Conaty is a brilliant and multi-talented comedian, writer, and actress. After winning the coveted Foster’s Edinburgh Comedy Award 2010 for Best Newcomer with her stand up show Hero, Warrior, Fireman, Liar, Roisin burst onto the scene and is now one of the nation’s favourite comic faces on stage and screen.
She appears regularly on hugely popular entertainment shows such as Have I Got News for You (BBC One), 8 Out of 10 Cats does Countdown (Channel 4) The Jonathan Ross Show (ITV1) QI (BBC Two) Would I Lie to You (BBC One) Big Fat Quiz of the Year,(Channel 4) The Last Leg (Channel 4), and she was part of the original cast of hit show Taskmaster (Channel 4)
Roisin wrote and starred in two seasons of her own award winning and critically acclaimed scripted comedy GameFace for Channel 4 and Hulu in the United States (The Funniest Sitcom of the year’ * – The Telegraph).
Roisin is also known for her starring role as Roxy in the multi award winning Ricky Gervais sitcom Afterlife for Netflix, and she starred alongside Greg Davies in four series of the much loved sitcom Man Down for Channel 4.
In 2024 she most recently starred as Greta alongside Gemma Arterton in period drama Funny Woman for Sky.
Roisin has performed her stand up all over the world and at all the major comedy festivals, including Edinburgh, Montreal, Melbourne and Kilkenny, and she won the heat Unmissables Comedian of the Year Award in 2019.
2025 will see Roisin starring in the first UK series of Amazon Prime’s international hit Last One Laughing.
