ROMESH RANGANATHAN WINS BAFTA FOR THE RANGANATION
Romesh Ranganathan show The Ranganation has won the BAFTA for Entertainment Performance.
When accepting the award, Romesh quipped ‘It was much easier for me to do the show this series because I just had to do it from my garage.
‘In many ways I feel like I’ve put in less effort for more reward. That’s what life’s all about in showbiz.’
Adam Hills was also nominated for the award, with Romesh pipping to the post Adam, Graham Norton, David Mitchell, Bradley Walsh and Claudia Winkleman.
Romesh has previously won a BAFTA for The Misadventures of Romesh Ranganathan, which won the Features category in 2020.
Save Me Too, which stars Kerry Godliman, also won the award for Best Drama Series.
