Jack Dee and Rosie Jones Join the New Season of Taskmaster on Channel 4

The highly anticipated eighteenth series of BAFTA and National Comedy Award winning Taskmaster is set to return at 9:00 pm, Thursday 12th September, on Channel 4 with Off The Kerb acts Jack Dee and Rosie Jones starring.

The full batch of bright-eyed hopefuls vying to pass muster and be the best are: comedian, host of The Bugle, and cricket statistician Andy Zaltzman, comedian, actor and podcaster Babatunde Aléshé, actor, comedian and writer Emma Sidi, our legendary stand-up and writer Jack (I’m Sorry I Haven’t a Clue, BBC Radio 4), as well as our stand-up, presenter, actor and author Rosie (Trip Hazard).

This group have all agreed to attempt a series of Tasks that will test their wits, their reasoning, their problem-solving and whether or not they can locate hidden rockets under pressure. The Taskmaster will judge their efforts with his customary merciless precision, and will eventually award one his coveted golden head.
